The Early beginnings of Evangelist Xavia Forrester's journey has supported social welfare missions throughout the Caribbean and the United States of America. In recent times, through her oversight, Labor of Love Community Outreach (LLCO) which is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA, has reflected its operation in the Sub-Saharan region of Africa. Since the year 2020 she established Joseph’s Community Outreach Ghana (JCOG) commencing a Clean Water Project in Shai Hills, Ghana. In 2023 LLCO has expanded its mission to Eastern Africa, specifically within Rwanda and Kenya, providing counseling support, skills transfer training, church leadership training, educational scholarship support, and feeding programs with thousands of meals for participants within the targeted communities. Today our mission continues.

Evangelist Xavia Forrester is a dedicated servant of God, a visionary leader, and a passionate advocate for community empowerment. Born in Jamaica, she is married and blessed with a family of six. She is the co-founder of Labor of Love Community Outreach USA, an organization committed to service, evangelism, and holistic community development.
A retired U.S. Navy Veteran who faithfully served in Iraq and Afghanistan, Evangelist Forrester’s life reflects resilience, sacrifice, and purpose. She is a missionary, social entrepreneur, community developer, and public health professional, using her diverse skills and experiences to transform lives across the globe. Evangelist Forrester is also the co-author of the book the Revealing Truth of Christ (2010). Above all, she is a firm believer in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, guiding her mission to spread the Gospel while serving humanity.
Evangelist Forrester’s mission is rooted in faith, service, and transformation. Whether through preaching, counseling, or community development, she is committed to uplifting lives, spreading the love of Christ, and creating lasting impact for generations to come.
